Shipping Only

If you buy a tractor from us you do not need to pay for shipping separately. It is included in the price. The information on this page is for people who have bought a tractor elsewhere in USA or Canada, and need help to get it home. The prices quoted for all the tractors on this website are an inclusive price for the tractor shipped to the UK, so the only additional cost for anybody buying from us is the cost of removing the tractor from our base in Northamptonshire to getting it to your home. If you buy from us you not only do not have to worry about any shipping costs, and you have the confidence that the tractor will be as described to you.

However, if we do not have what you are looking for, or you buy from another source in USA or Canada we may be able to help you with the shipping arrangements. Included:
Tractor washed. Be aware that no tractor may enter the UK unless it is spotlessly clean, and DEFRA will inspect them at the docks.
Space in our container from Canada or USA to UK.
Loading and securing in the container ready for the journey across the Atlantic.
Total loss insurance on the container.
Road and rail transport from loading point to docks.
UK Customs clearance arranged.
Duty or VAT calculated as appropriate and paid to HMCE on your behalf, ( but you will need to refund us the relevant amount for your tractor.
Cost of DEFRA inspection.
Demurrage charges.
Deferment charges.
Port security charges.
Transport from the UK docks to our unloading point.
Expert unloading .
Storage for up to 2 weeks until you arrange collection from our unloading point in Northamptonshire.

Not Included:

Transport of your tractor to our loading point (but we can give you numbers of some hauliers).

Goods in transit or accidental damage insurance other than total loss of the container.

Customs clearance at the USA / Canada border,( but we can give you a contact who can help).

VAT and duty payable,( we will calculate and pay the amount to Customs on your behalf, but you will need to reimburse us the amount for your tractor).

Storage after unloading beyond 2 weeks after the unloading date.

Transport of the tractor from our unloading point in Northamptonshire to your premises.
